Refunds & Exchange

As an authorized online store of Cafelat we have to make sure you, the customer, is satisfied with your purchase. The whole point of Cafelat is making awesome Barista Tools which have been designed by Baristas for Baristas and as such we are sure you will be very happy with your purchase.

All products are inspected by us, then packed before shipping. We do not have a big warehouse of generic products on a shelf that we never see or inspect. The item you will receive will have been checked by us.

In the case of tampers these are more often than not made to order.

What this all means is that you should not have any problems with the products. However we will provide this:

  • Immediate and obvious manufacturing defects you must inform us within 7 days of having received the product (based upon the Speedpost HK receipt) and we will investigate and rectify at our discretion.
  • Any mistakes by us (wrong product was sent) then we will double check and correct as required.

We do not exchange or refund items which were ordered incorrectly (e.g. wrong tamper base size) and we do not entertain any buyer’s remorse (e.g. don’t like the colour) We are happy to discuss options by email but for any returns and subsequent replacement shipments, the postage will be at your cost.
